# Withdraw & Delete

> Move money from a card back to your USD account, or delete a card you no longer need.

## Withdraw from a card

Move USD from a card back to your USD account.

1. Go to **Cards** and click an **Active** card.
2. Click **Withdraw**.
3. Enter the **Amount (USD)**. The screen shows **Available to withdraw**.
4. Click **Withdraw**.

  Some card types keep a small amount on the card that can't be withdrawn. When that applies, the screen says how much.

## Delete a card

1. Go to **Cards** and click the card.
2. Click **Delete** and confirm.

The card stops working straight away, and its status changes to **Cancelled**.

<Warning>
  **Withdraw the balance first.** If there is money left on a deleted card, the card issuer returns it to your account, which can take around 30 days.
