Identity Verification - StableMesh Docs

New accounts verify their identity before opening a card.

How to verify

Go to Settings → Verification.
Click Verify now.
Follow the steps:
- Photograph a valid government ID document.
- Take a selfie for a liveness check.
- Answer a few profile questions, and give your mobile number and address.
Submit.

Verification status

Status	Meaning
Not verified	You haven’t started yet
Not submitted	You started but haven’t finished. Click Continue
In review	We are reviewing your documents. Nothing more is needed from you
Verified	Done. Nothing else is needed
Action needed	Something needs to be resubmitted. Click Resubmit
Declined	Check that your document is valid and readable, then try again
Expired	The session ended before it was finished. Start a new one

Make sure the ID document is valid, unexpired, and fully readable. If verification keeps failing, email [email protected].
