Withdraw USD from your account to any external wallet or exchange address, paid out as a stablecoin.

Before you start

  • Set a passcode in Settings → Passcode.
  • Make sure you can receive email at your account address. You confirm each withdrawal with your passcode and an emailed code.

How to withdraw

  1. On Home, click Withdraw.
  2. Choose the Network and Token.
  3. Enter the Withdrawal Address and the Amount (USD). Click MAX to withdraw everything available.
  4. Review the Fee and the Total Deducted, then click Next.
  5. Click Confirm, then enter your passcode and the code we email you.
You see Withdrawal request submitted successfully when the request is accepted. Its progress is shown in Transactions.
Double-check the address and network. Funds sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.
Each network has a minimum withdrawal. If an amount is too small, the app shows the minimum.
