Freeze & Unfreeze

Freezing a card instantly blocks all new transactions without deleting the card or losing your balance. You can unfreeze it at any time.

Freeze a Card

Use this if you suspect unauthorised use, lose access to your card details, or want to temporarily pause spending.

1. Go to Cards and click the card you want to freeze.
2. In the detail panel, click the snowflake icon (冻结 / Freeze).
3. A confirmation dialog appears: “确认冻结卡片?” (Confirm freeze card?)
4. Click OK to confirm.

The card status in the list changes to FROZEN (orange dot).

Unfreeze a Card

1. Go to Cards and click the frozen card (shown with FROZEN status).
2. In the detail panel, the snowflake icon is highlighted green and labelled 解冻 (Unfreeze).
3. Click 解冻.
4. Confirm the dialog: “确认解冻卡片?” → click OK.

The card status returns to ACTIVE (green dot) and can accept transactions again.
