Withdraw from a card

Move USD from a card back to your USD account.
  1. Go to Cards and click an Active card.
  2. Click Withdraw.
  3. Enter the Amount (USD). The screen shows Available to withdraw.
  4. Click Withdraw.
Some card types keep a small amount on the card that can’t be withdrawn. When that applies, the screen says how much.

Delete a card

  1. Go to Cards and click the card.
  2. Click Delete and confirm.
The card stops working straight away, and its status changes to Cancelled.
Withdraw the balance first. If there is money left on a deleted card, the card issuer returns it to your account, which can take around 30 days.
If a card can’t be deleted, withdraw its balance and email [email protected].
